Specifications
NB: Two Master Cylinder sizes are supplied on Trojan Couplings being 3/4" bore and 7/8" bore. The 3/4" bore version has an alloy body and reservoir, while the early 7/8" version has a plastic reservoir, late model 7/8" cylinders were all alloy. Very early back, frames were pressed steel. The current versions will interchange with these. A back frame assembly is available allowing the conversion of Mechanical Operation Override Couplings to Hydraulic action.
Back frame assembly including master cylinder available in ¾’ bore size for 2 wheel braked and 7/8” bore size for 4 wheel braked trailers. Mounting by way of two 12 bolts across the rear of most standard braked couplings of the same format.
